Main Responsibilities: • Manages purchasing and labor practices in order to keep costs within budget
• Estimating and managing the cost to produce goods and services
• Prepares monthly F&B cost reconciliation, produce cost reports and control of stores
• Analyzes and controls the costs for all F&B departments
• Contributes to menu creation for costs
• Participates in the month-end storage counting/inventory and fulfil the counting tasks stated in the relevant procedure
